Tendinopathy - Tendinitis - Tendinosis
All of these terms describe either the location of the malfunctioning tendon, the condition or the phase where the inflammation is located. There is a perception that tendinopathy is a problem that will haunt us all our lives. This is perfectly reasonable if we expect with rest and passive means to have lasting results.
Through the clinical assessment, we find the aggravating factor, we try to correct it and through the controlled load in progressive difficulty exercises, we build a tendon that is able to withstand the loads it used to withstood.
