All of our physiotherapists are registered with HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

    Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

    The initial appointment takes up to 1 hour. You can expect a full assessment, a treatment plan and treatment. We will decide together for how many physiotherapy follow up appointments you might need.

    A doctor’s referral is not needed for you to see a physiotherapy at home. We will be in direct contact with your GP and we will ask you if you would like us to send a letter to your Doctor explaining our diagnosis and treatment plan, so it can be added in your records.

    Our physiotherapists have extensive knowledge in ordering further investigations if needed. With plenty of experience in working in NHS CATS (Clinical Assessment and Treatment Services), we will be able to advise you on any possible investigation you might need.

    We will require access to any relevant information and medical notes you might have, if you are happy for that. This will enable us to understand your medical history and make sure we give you the most adequately fitting treatment.
